Orders & Delivery

What are your delivery options?

We offer free delivery on all orders over 1,000 AED. For orders under 1,000 AED, standard delivery is available for 30 AED. All orders are dispatched from our studio within 1–3 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over 1,000 AED qualify for free delivery. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate of 30 AED.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. If you have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before dispatch.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

We are not currently able to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full residential or business address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@snorrdesign.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 working day with return address details and instructions.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the payment.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different style or colour, please return your item following the process above and place a new order separately.

Are sale items returnable?

Sale items purchased at a final-sale price are non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.

Our Bags

What are SNORR bags made from?

Every SNORR bag is handcrafted from OEKO-TEX® certified cotton rope — selected for its quality, texture, and durability. Each piece is finished with a genuine leather tag and knotted by hand in our Copenhagen studio.

Are your bags made by hand?

Yes. Every SNORR bag is hand-knotted by our craftspeople in Denmark, using traditional knotwork techniques passed from generation to generation. No two bags are exactly alike — each carries the mark of the hands that made it.

What does OEKO-TEX® certified mean?

OEKO-TEX® certification means our cotton rope has been independently tested and verified to be free from harmful substances. It is one of the world's most trusted standards for textile safety — both for the people who make them and the people who use them.

How do I care for my SNORR bag?

Keep your bag away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture when not in use. If it needs cleaning, spot-clean gently with a damp cloth. Store in the dust bag provided to maintain its shape and protect the cotton rope. Avoid overfilling.

Where can I find measurements for each bag?

Detailed dimensions for each style are listed on the individual product pages. If you cannot find the information you need, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Do you offer bespoke or personalised orders?

We do not currently offer personalisation on individual orders. For enquiries about bespoke or larger quantity orders, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

A style I want is sold out — will it come back?

Many of our styles are restocked periodically. To be notified when a sold-out item returns, use the "Notify me" button on the product page, or contact us and we'll let you know as soon as it's available.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are prices displayed in AED?

Yes. All prices on our website are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. Our checkout is fully secured with SSL encryption. We do not store any card or payment information — all transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are not currently available, but we are working on introducing them soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact us if you'd like help choosing a gift.
