Returns Policy
We want you to love your SNORR bag. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with UAE consumer protection standards.
14-day returns on all eligible orders
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In perfect, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and free from damage
- In original packaging, including any dust bags, tissue, and box
- With all original tags still attached
Items that show signs of use, scratching, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

Contact us
Email hello@snorrdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Receive return instructions
Our team will respond within 1 working day with return address details and packaging instructions.

Send your item
Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service — SNORR cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment — this typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your provider.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We are unable to refund to a different card or account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Sale items purchased at a final-sale price
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact us immediately at hello@snorrdesign.com with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different colour or style, please return your item following the process above and place a new order separately.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
